Ami Your App provides an AI-powered companion application featuring animated characters. The service is designed for entertainment and companionship purposes. Our AI companions use advanced language models to engage in conversations with users. The Service provides a SFW anime AI companion experience and does not support adult or erotic content.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service. By using Ami Your App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

4. Subscription and Payment

Ami Your App operates on a subscription model:

• Monthly subscription: $15/month
• Payments are processed securely through our payment processor
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

4.1 Refund Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused subscription time. Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable.

Exceptions: Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues that prevented service access for extended periods
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Service not matching the description provided

Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Content Moderation and Safety

Ami Your App is a safe-for-work (SFW) entertainment application.

Technical Safeguards:

• Our service uses OpenAI's GPT API, which has industry-leading content moderation built-in
• All sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content requests are automatically blocked by OpenAI's filters
• Character models contain only appropriate, non-sexual clothing options
• We comply with OpenAI's Usage Policies
• It is technically impossible to generate NSFW content through our service

Prohibited Content:

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Requests for sexual, pornographic, or adult content
• Attempts to bypass content moderation systems
• Use of the service for any NSFW purposes
• Harassment or abuse directed at AI characters

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including character designs, animations, and software, is owned by Ami Your App or our licensors. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our characters or artwork

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
